In memory of our beautiful Michelle a team of 5 of us 'Michelles Muddy Muckers' will be running the Oblivion 10k Mud Runner on the 28/06/15 at the Eastnor Castle Estate in Herefordshire. My cousin Michelles son Sam and my little sister Molly will be running the Junior Oblivion 5k Mud Run the same day. If anybody wants to join in the more the merrier, if u don't want to get too muddy but want to come and cheer us along your more than welcome.

We are trying to raise as much money as possible for the Charity Mind who help with all aspects of mental health including Depression, Anxiety and Stress 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem each year in the UK. Mind believe no-one should fight any of these problems alone. They listen, give support and advice, help fight the problem and support the families.

Just because there are no physical symptoms for depression doesn't mean it's not as serious or as dangerous as an illness that does. Every week over 100 people in the UK take there own lives this is heart breaking. The more money Mind gets the lower the number will hopefully be. Every penny counts, so as little as you give it still means so much and we will be very grateful.
