Hey Guys ok...I am doing another half marathon except, this time, I haven't really managed the necessary training, so this time I can imagine it's going to hurt like hell!! : ( if I'm honest, I've thought about pulling out, but the more I thought about it, the more I remembered that the whole point in doing this is to help a cause you feel worth while...and I'm doing it for a great cause... 'The Pakistan Emergency Fund' via Wateraid. It doesn't take much money to help save lives... 

I'm sure everyone has heard about the recent Pakistan floods and the severe damage, death and hurt they've caused..it may not be on the news everyday but that doesn't mean the problems fixed..one of the biggest problems now is that the victims of the flood are dying from lack of clean water.  It doesn't take much money to help save lives... 

• £20 will buy hygiene kits of essential items for a family of four, which include a 30 day supply of water purification tablets.
  
• £36 will pay for a tanker to provide clean water in areas where safe water supplies have been destroyed.

and so on...

I have indeed left this pretty late, but if anyone can help in any way I'd be so grateful...a quid here and there will eventually add up, so anything you can manage would be great!
