In 2012 we received the devastating news that my cousin, Matthew Kiernan (aka Matt Moo) had taken his own life. 

The aim of this run is to raise awareness of mental health issues and also raise as much as possible for the chosen charity CALM. 

CALM aims to raise awareness of suicide in young men, and offers support for those who are vulnerable. 

Any contributions would be more than appreciated - anybody who knows me will know this is going to be a challenge, but I am determined to finish it in memory of Matt Moo!  <3
