Less than 6 months after a knee operation, I have decided to do the Leeds Half Marathon in aid of Overgate Hospice, as they did a fabulous Job of looking after my Grandad, which I know was a great help for both my Grandma and the rest of the family.

They always do a fabulous job and personally I don't think they can be thanked enough.
