Now more than ever, it is apparent that so many of us out there need support. Myself, loved ones and people I know have had and are suffering from the multiple faces of mental health.
Losing a friend this year to it totally broke the hearts of my community and I. It also showed how so many unite together in tragedy. Let’s not let the tragedy part take place and lets unite together before it becomes unbearable and unsalvageable.
I am not a runner but putting myself in some discomfort is the absolute bare minimum I can do. I honestly couldn’t accept the loss of another to this sad illness.
Please support me on my journey as you will be helping so many more people you know than you realise.
