In February of this year I sadly lost my mum to Dementia. As many know Dementia is a terribly cruel disease which is becoming increasingly prevalent in society. Mum suffered with Lewy body dementia which is a type of dementia that shares symptoms with both Alzheimers disease and Parkinsons disease. I am climbing Ben Nevis in memory of mum and hoping to raise some money to support further research and treatment. Any donations will be gratefully received.
