Story

Some of you may already know I am running the London Marathon on Sunday 2nd October 2022. I am running to raise money for an amazing charity called Menphys.

Over the last year running has massively helped me with my mental health and got me through a tough time. I have always wanted to run the London Marathon and being able to do it for a special charity like Menphys is a privilege.

Menphys is a charity that supports children and young people with disabilities. Throughout my career and personal life I have done alot of work with children and young people. I feel strongly about supporting young people especially those with disabilities and from underprivileged backgrounds. That is why I have chosen to run for Menphys.

Even though I bloody love running, this marathon is going to be my biggest challenge yet so any donation you can give is much appreciated. All of your donations will be going to support this incredible charity.

You can find out more about what wonderful work Menphys do on their website www.menphys.org.uk
