Thank you for taking time to visit my just giving page. 

This September I have been with Regent House of Flowers 30 Years !!  So as a way to celebrate I always love a challenge ! and this will be one , as I need o try to fit it within my working hours ! 

Swimming has helped me over the last few years to cope with working the way I do, keeping me focused and helping with my mental health it also to keeps me fit & energised before I start my usually very long busy days !  So it seemed very fitting that I could combine it with a personal challenge to celebrate my 30th year. 

I will be swimming 1,930 lengths within the 30 days at my local pool at Water world,  I can't swim every day due to commitments within the shop, so  I'm hoping to get at least 5 days in the week to go into the pool !  If I meet my target I am hoping to get at least 126 lengths in every session and complete in 15 days , if I'm really energised I will do more !!! 

But the other most important reason for doing it is also to raise as much as I can for Hope House Hospice, for those not familiar to the Charity they support young people and their families in Shropshire, Cheshire, Mid & North Wales, to give help to young people and their families to be as comfortable , happy and fulfilled as they can be whether it is a bereavement , palliative care at home or support & counselling for families on the loss of their child.
