Thank you to all of you who sponsored me back in June for the 5k race for life for cancer research.

I am on the pester again I'm afraid, I will be running a 5k on 26th September and a 10k on 3rd October to raise money for Saint Francis Hospice.

Saint Francis Hospice run primarily by charity funding, so every penny that you donate really does help, so anything you can give no matter how small will be gratefully appreciated.

Please don't forget to tick the gift aid box if you are a UK taxpayer so that we can get more money to the Hospice.
