Kees and I will be taking part in the Isle of Wight ultra challenge on April 29th 2023. This involves walking 54km of the coastal path in a day/night. For those that know me and how unfit I am, this is going to be a huge challenge!

We are hoping to raise money for the encephalitis society. Neither of us knew of this amazing charity until our little lex become extremely poorly back in 2020.

Encephalitis is not a well known disease, however the consequences of it can be devastating. Its symptoms are so similar to other diseases it can easily be missed and it can escalate quickly.

The Encephalitis Society are a vital resource for anyone affected by Encephalitis, providing support, information and conducting research. 

Anything you can spare to support this amazing charity is appreciated.
