I have pledged to run 50km in total in July to raise money for the Chilterns MS Centre. We are a team of 9 who are going to collectively run 565km through the month, that's 1km for every member and carer member who the charity supports.

Most who know me will know running isn't really my thing! Plus I hate the heat, this will be a challenge for me! 

I started working for the CMSC in December 2021 and was blown away but the facility plus the level of support they give the local MS community. It costs £1m a year to run and it is a lifeline for its members, without fundraisers like this is just wouldn't exist.
