Hi everyone, I am going to BANGLADESH!! I have been selected to go abroad on the ICS program with the charity Y-care International. I am aiming to raise £1500 to help fund the projects they work on in Asia, Africa and South America. I will be helping the local community to prepare for disasters like a flood or earthquake as well as helping to teach new skills to get young people into work. The money I raise will go directly to the charity and will help them continue to make a difference in some of the poorest countries in the world.

I have been lucky enough to gain a place on this incredible program and I will be going abroad on the 26th of January for 10 weeks. I have wanted to participate in ICS for years and I hope that it will challenge me whilst helping me prepare for a career in International Development. Over the next 2 months I will be doing various fundraising events and I will keep the page updated with everything I do. But if you want to donate just because the charity is brilliant then I will be very thankful!
