This September I am taking part in Trailwalker;  a 100k run/ treck across the South Downs. Training for this, whilst also juggling work and Mum duty, has been much tougher than I thought. However I am so looking forward to supporting a great charity and to be completing such a challenge with an amazing team of my bestest Army buddies! Trailwalker UK supports the incredible work of both Oxfam Great Britain and The Gurkha Welfare Trust.
