I have decided to take part in the NightRider with my friend Nathan Woods to raise money for The Stroke Association. http://www.justgiving.com/nathan-woods

We will be cycling 100km starting at Crystal Palace Park at 12:20am on 9th June and be ending up there some 7ish hours later !

I have decided to cycle 62 miles, because last year my Grandad passed away after suffering his second stroke.

 

In Nathans family both his Nan and my Grandad have suffered strokes, so we have both seen first hand what can happen afterwards.

The stroke association is an amazing charity supporting stroke sufferers and their families. This is going to be a massive challange and i appreciate your support! x
