Dear all lovely friends, family, colleagues and other really nice people,

I need your help!! As you probably know I don't do things by halves. A couple of years ago I went for my first ever 3 mile run and the same day entered to run the Greater Manchester marathon 6 months later...wow that was hard!!

Well this year I discovered cycling and have decided to challenge myself once again. I have entered to cycle from Vietnam to Cambodia in Feb 2015. I am cycling in aid of MAG, who are still clearing up land mines left behind from conflicts around the world. These land mines are still taking 10 lives every day, not to mention the horrific injuries they also cause.

I need to raise £4400, which I know is a lot but I'm determined to do it. Please dig deep and spare what you can to help me hit my target and help this amazing charity continue to save lives.
