I want to do this to raise money for all of the wonderful Macmillan staff who helped my family through the worst times, not only were they there for Steve as he battled to keep his independence and dignity but they were there for the rest of the family to give them support and respite.

Steve loved the Northumberland Coast so I know he'll be with me on the hike.

Wish me luck as I hike 26 miles from Alnwick Castle to Bamburgh Castle on 6th July less than a week after Glastonbury, I'm gonna need it!
