The BE team and I are taking on a whopping 100KM walk from the gym in Marsh all the way to sunny Blackpool in 24hrs.  

We will be doing this in honour of Jonny Murphy who sadly past away 3 months ago. Jonny and Leah trained here at BE for a number of months and we have decided to help raise awareness and hopefully some pennies for Andy’s man club, such a fantastic charity that helps support men who struggle with their mental health. 

If you would like to donate or even share anything from Andy’s man club so others who are suffering can see that their is help for them out there, we at BE would be very grateful 🙏
