Story
Initially I committed to walking or weight lifting every day. I've decided, 4 days in, that doing *anything* physical is the way forward (for me), and means I don't limit myself or get anxious about doing something perfectly. It may also help me to discover what exercise I enjoy.
I am doing this to raise money for Mind in Bradford and to honour my friend's life and our friendship.
I don't want anyone to feel alone when they are struggling with their mental health. Anyone who knows me well will know I'm something of a sloth, and also struggle with pain and my own mental health, so exercise every day is a big thing for me! I will do my best.
Mind in Bradford was there for me when I needed support. I now have the pleasure of working there. The services Mind offers are invaluable for anyone experiencing mental health problems. Any contribution is appreciated.
