This July, I'll be hopping on my bike to cycle 100 miles around London and Surrey to raise money for a great cause - Operation Smile.

Having not done any cycle racing ever before, this will be a real challenge for me and will require a great amount of training to build up my fitness.

For all too many children in countless developing countries, this is a reality. Children and adults with an un-repaired cleft condition live with unimaginable emotional and physical suffering; yet a surgery can take as few as 45 minutes to complete. - since 1982 Operation Smile have provided over 240,000 free surgeries to those born with a cleft lip or cleft palate and each year they treat over 16,000 people. 

All money raised will benefit an extremely worthwhile cause, and will provide access to safe surgery to those who need it most.
