I'll be doing The Three Peaks Challenge next year. This means I'll be climbing and travelling to Ben Nevis, Mount Snowdon & Scafell Pike (hopefully within 24 hours). I'm currently training alongside good friends, in rain, wind and sunshine ☂️🌬️☀️

The Railway Children Charity was first introduced to me by the film "Lion" which depicted Saroo Brierly's account of his accidental separation at five years old from his family in India and his adoption by an Australian couple, and his eventual search for his biological family twenty-five years later. 🇮🇳

Life on the streets is a reality for thousands of children every year across the UK, India and East Africa. Many children run away or are forced to leave homes that have become unbearable through poverty, abuse, violence and neglect. 

The Railway Charity helps provide protection and opportunity for children with nowhere else to go and nobody to turn to. 

One donation will contribute to helping children return home, providing a safe place to stay, finding and protecting children on the streets and in communities, strengthening child protection systems and policies and raising funds. 

You may think one donation won't move any mountains, but it sure will make a difference to a vulnerable child who needs it. 🌍
