Hey there! We're the Lansdale Family and we're running the ASICS London 10K for West Kent Mind.

West Kent Mind is one of around 130 Local Mind Associations which are affiliated to the national charity Mind which is the leading mental health charity in England and Wales, and the best known charity for mental health. 

Mind's vision is for a society where everyone with a mental health problem can lead the life they want to lead, free from stigma and discrimination. And their mission is to work with and on behalf of people with mental health problems, ensuring their fair and equal treatment, and to promote better mental health for all.
