Story

Six years ago we lost the fabulous Arabella to sudden cardiac arrest, when she was just sixteen years old. She was over-the-top in the absolute best kind of way - whether that was making you laugh to the point of dry heaving, trapping you in an inescapable cuddle, or entertaining everybody with an always outlandish reason why she hadn't done her homework.

So, in a bid to get everyone back together for a day of fun in Arabella's memory, we thought it was only appropriate to pick an activity that reflects her truly bonkers spirit! A Dragon Boat Race seemed just the perfect option - we reckon she'd love the possibility of us all falling in!

Every week in the UK at least 12 apparently fit and healthy young people die of undiagnosed cardiac conditions. With your donation, CRY can reduce the frequency of young sudden cardiac death (YSCD) by working with cardiologists and family doctors to establish good practice and appropriate screening facilities to promote and protect the cardiac health of our young. By supporting CRY you will help save young lives from these potentially fatal cardiac conditions. See how your support can help by visiting www.c-r-y.org.uk
