Story
St Ann's Hospice is a charity which cares for thousands of local people with cancer and non-cancer life-limiting illnesses every year.
We are a team of four, who have decided to don our lycra and cycle the length of the country over a 9 day period for this fantastic charity. St Ann's is a charity close to our hearts and has to raise £20,000 a day in order to continue to provide services to patients and their families. With reduced fundraising activities this year, every penny counts so please dig deep, but even the smallest amount can make a difference. We are self financing the trip so that St Ann's receive 100% of the sponsorship.
The total distance we will cover over the 9 days is 958 miles which will keep us off all the main roads, cycling up to 126 miles a day. We will be visiting St Ann's on day 4 as we will pass through the South Manchester area.
Please keep up to date with where we are each day on the route which we will post to Facebook. Thanks for taking the time to read our story and any sponsorship or messages of support will be gratefully received.
Thank you
