This October I will be running my first full marathon and raising money for the Wrexham-based charity, Dynamic. 

Dynamic is a centre for children and young people with disabilities that provides out-of-school activities, summer programmes and much more. My first contact with the charity was around 8 years ago when I did some volunteering at a weekly group session. During this time, I was able to see first-hand how important the services and support is to the children and their families, and the tireless dedication and commitment of the staff and volunteers. Fast-forward to the present day and now my eldest son Jack (who is autistic and non-verbal) attends one of the group sessions and he absolutely loves it! For my wife and I, it's very important that Jack has somewhere outside of school where he can socialise with his peers in a safe environment, build his confidence, learn new skills and receive the right support to help him to become more independent. 

Dynamic rely on fundraising to deliver these much needed services, so if you can spare a few pounds, I'd be very grateful.
