On July 22nd/23rd I'm going to attempt to ride from Calais to
Valencia and back within 48 hours on a 300cc Kymco scooter while trying to
generate funds for Whizz Kids.I should cover over 2050 miles during the ride which means I'll have my final 2"Ironbutt Rides" to my name.An Ironbutt is a certificated 1000 mile ride within 24 hours for motorcycles and
scooters and I've done eight so far in the UK, Europe and the USA with an aim
to finish at 10, because you've got to have goals !!!If I survive these final 2 rides I'm going to retire from this ridiculous hobby so I'm aiming to end on a high, but if I fail I'll keep trying until I reach my perfect 10.You never know someone might even want to give me some money at the same time.  This is following on from my Jaguar LandRover award for Customer First so I am proud to support the company charity.
