After running in last year's London 10k race, I have now talked my friend Michelle and my dad into doing the Three Park Challenge for Shooting Star Children's Hospice with me.  It is a sponsored walk through 3 of 's , Hampton Court Park, and .

The walk will be on Sunday 20th June (Father's Day) and is an excellent opportunity for us to raise some money for a much worthy cause and get us a bit fitter at the same time.  For all of you who don't know much about the Shooting Star Children's Hospice, it is a local charity and deserves as much support as possible!  You can view more information on the charity at the following link: http://www.shootingstar.org.uk/

Now that I have had some experience in doing a sponsored event I realise just how important everyones sponsorship and support is.  No matter how small it will all make a difference – every penny will help.  We have set our target at £150 which is £50 each we are trying to raise!
