Time to Talk Day- Steps Challenge , 3 February 2022
We provide free mental health advocacy to those living in Leicester and Rutland

Story

Time to Talk Day is the nation's biggest mental health conversation. Taking place on Thursday 03 February 2022, it's the day that friends, families, communities, and workplaces come together to talk, listen and change lives. We all have mental health, by talking about it we can support ourselves and others.

At Natwest we are doing a steps challenge to raise money for Leicestershire Action for Mental Health Project as part of Time to Talk Day.

About the charity

Mental Health is complex. Our advocacy work involves, listening, guiding, planning, supporting and ensuring their needs are properly considered. Mental Health cannot be ‘cured’ with one conversation, it takes time to form trust. Our advocates devote hours, days, months to provide the best support.
