Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page and we hope that you will sponsor us for the Three Peaks Challenge.

For those of you that don’t know, the Three Peaks Challenge involves clambering up Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon – the three largest peaks in each of the three countries in Britain within 24 hours.

In 2012, ES Group recruited a male only team of climbing commandos along with a number of clients and tackled the Challenge in aid of a local charity, Trident Reach.

However, not to be outdone by the boys, we thought it was about time a female only team well and truly lay down the gauntlet. Natalie Beasley and Jenni Pearce from ES Group have assembled a stealth team of feisty females to include Anne-Louise Lawrence (Eversheds), Louise Fox (BDO), Sarah Rimell (BDO), Elizabeth Dunbar (Duff and Phelps) and Laura Longman (DWF).

We are raising money for Birmingham Children’s Hospital and all donations are going to their Children’s Cancer Centre Appeal, where they are currently saving to upgrade their cancer centre  which is over 30 years old.

Please dig deep into your pockets and donate as generously as possible for this very worthy cause. With your support, they will be able to create a purpose built unit for children who come from all over the UK to receive the best opportunity of having sucessful treatment.

About the charity

It's bewildering and unsettling for anyone going into hospital but especially for children and that is why we are a fundraising hospital. We raise funds to enhance the experience of our patients by providing state of the art medical equipment and facilities and creating a child-friendly environment.
