The Stroke Association supports the survivors, families and cares of those who have suffered strokes. Sadly not all strokes can be prevented like my Nanna’s, but through their continuous investment into recovery and rehabilitation research, they have helped find ways of reducing the lasting effect of stroke on the lives of other stroke suffers and their families.

This is a charity that is close to my heart and I will be very thankful to all those who will support me in doing this. It is vital that research continues and with your help it can. Thank you J
