Everyone, myself included, has faced some type of mental health issue and more likely than not, shrugged it off thinking no one would help, listen or believe them but they/we are wrong. Mind are here to help listen, advise and support you through anything that you might not feel comfortable telling anyone else, they are essential in my opinion and that's why I'd like to give back and raise some money for them so they can continue the great work they do!
