After having done a few running events I have decided to take the step up to a half marathon. I will be running the EMF Half Marathon in May for Macmillan. It's a really super cause so any support would be grand.

This is part of Co-An's fundraising efforts. Co-An is an independant Jangro distributor who are supporting Macmillan as their chosen charity this year. They are aiming to raise over £100,000 in 2013 for Macmillan.
