Story

So I have stupidly decided that I am going to run a marathon.

Like many people, I have struggled with my mental health. Charities like Action Mental Health (AMH) are so vital in giving people the help and support they need.

Please support me in this journey and together let's make a difference for positive mental health in Northern Ireland.Action Mental Health (AMH) actively promotes the mental health and wellbeing of people across Northern Ireland.
