On Sunday 10th September 2023 I am taking on the Great North Run, running 13.1 miles, to raise funds for Eden Valley Hospice and Jigsaw, Cumbria's Children's Hospice.

Although I done this last year I was 100% fit but still completed it in 2 hours 44 minutes but this year I aim to beat that time
