it's that time of year again !

Last year you may recall I took part in the 10 mile moonlit walk in Chichester for St Wilfreds Hospice and I had wonderful support, so here I am doing it again but 12 miles this time, in Southsea, for another great charity, the Rowan's Hospice.

We all have or will know of someone that has required the help and support of somewhere like the Rowans provides, free of charge, with a very small proportion of government funding.

I have attached a hideous photo of me warming up for last years, so have a good giggle and remember its all for a good cause.
