Hi my name is kelsi I’m 13 years old. My family have recently been affected by the Big C, my beautiful, strong and kind nanny has been diagnosed with breast cancer, it’s ok though because she’s going to be a survivor 💪🏻. 

I thought what could I do to raise money and awareness for breast cancer and I came across the 5k muddy run, so me and my best friend marlie have decided to take part! I want to raise money for extra treatment, medication or just anything to help anyone else in our family situation make the process easier, or help raise money to make sure there’s plenty of success rates, this disease effects 1-2 women and 1% of men also get breast cancer. Yes men get it to! It also still effects woman over 70.  I don’t have to raise thousands but I’m sure every penny counts and I’d love to do my bit especially as the NHS, doctors, nurses have all been so good to my nanny it feels like I’m giving back.
