Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
As many of you know I am a trustee of the charity Standing Together Against Domestic Violence. I become involved in the charity whilst working at the Crown Prosecution Service and specifically on policies that tackle violence against women.
Standing Together holds an annual charity bike ride around Windsor Great Park, which is called the 112 on Saturday 18th May 2013. On average 112 women die as a result of domestic violence every year. Standing Together and friends set out to ride 112 kilometres in one day to highlight the prevalence of domestic violence within society and the damage it causes.
For those like myself who cannot ride 112km (70miles), there are other route options and I will be riding 35 miles and together with a colleague, Sadie, and my sister, Smruti, we will achieve the 112km.
