We are the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) and we're leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK.

Story

After hibernating during winter, I can't actually run 5k without walking for a bit, so I've started Couch to 5k all over again.

Now, I'm challenging our whole team to help me to raise some money via a virtual, collective Marketing Marathon as part of a Forced Fun Friday takeover.

I've chosen to support CALM in loving memory of Ed and Graham.
