At 18 months our son, Alasdair, was not speaking and hardly making any sounds. Thankfully, his doctor referred us to Easterseals RI and we went through their Early Intervention program. On his 3rd birthday he transitioned to the school district as that's when Early Intervention ends but the time spent with his Easterseals SLP therapist made such an impact on not only our son but us as a family.
