Bardet-Biedl syndrome (BBS) is a rare genetic disease affecting every organ system in the body. BBS begins to affect the health of a child before birth and continues to affect daily activities throughout life.

Story

Here are some things about me and why I am walking:I am walking in this walkathon because I have Bardet Biedl Syndrome.  I live in Boston and work as a legislative aide at the statehouse.  I have a black lab golden retreiver Seeing Eye dog named Alex. I enjoy walking, reading, singing, and cooking.
