Let me give you a brief history of me:
Like most people, I partied through my 20s without a care in the world, until I hit 30 and realised the effects of a wild lifestyle hang around a lot longer than a next-day hangover.
So I pulled myself up by the bootstraps, quit boozing, stopped smoking and started going to the gym for something other than pumping up my biceps so I look good in tight t-shirts.
Call this my warm up for the marathon if you will -- as that's my end goal, but I'd be over the moon if you could spare a fiver for me right now. And it's going to a fantastic charity called the
Heritage of London Trust -- an organisation dedicated to preserving and restoring the beautiful, historic buildings of one of the world's most iconic cities -- good old London Town.
Thanks for your time
Kristian
