Hi my name is Krish Patel and I am 9 years old. I want to help raise money for Kidney Research because my dad lost his mum (my grandmother ) at the age of only 7 years old to Kidney Failure. Due to this I never got to meet her. 

I am giving up chocolate for one month starting from the 9th of June as this is a special day for me. 

3 million people in the UK are affected by kidney disease and I want to raise money to save lives of patients across the UK so that no one goes through what my dad did. I don’t want anyone to lose their mum, especially at an early age, so please can you support me and donate whatever you can. Thank you for your support.
