We fund care, campaigning and research to achieve a world free from MND

Story

Last year I started the challenge of growing my beard for a year to raise money for the MNDA.

My Dad was diagnosed with MND in 2000 and bravely fought the disease for 11 and a half years before passing away in October at the age of 64.

Every penny I collect will go to the East Dorset & New Forest Branch of the Motor Neurone Disease Association. The money will go towards carers and helpers, vital equipment and improving the quality of life. The charity relies entirely on voluntary donations.

No money collected will go towards the funding of animal testing.

Many thanks to everyone for their support and donations.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
