On July 21-24 this year, David Mitchell and I will be taking part in the #NoLimits London to Paris challenge in memory of the late Danny Turnbull, who first rode this challenge 10 years ago. The London to Paris ride is Back Up's most gruelling cycling challenge, covering 500km and climbing 5000m over three days. For over 30 years, Back Up have helped people and their families to rebuild their independence after a spinal cord injury. Their award-winning services challenge the perceptions of what's possible and help to increase skills and confidence. Back Up are here for people in their darkest hours, so they get back up to living life to the full. Any sponsorship you can provide will be hugely appreciated, and it will all go towards helping those affected by Spinal Cord injury. All the money that we raise now will go directly to the charity, as we have already raised over £5,000.
