Our club name "Kokoro" means "Mind, Body and Spirit".  Three of the essential elements that karate seeks to improve.  The first two charities we supported in 2016 and 2017 were "body" based, raising funds for Children in need and Cancer Research.

This year we aim to raise a minimum of £500.00 to support this worthwhile cause with a day of karate based fun during On October 28th 2018.
