It is with a mixture of trepidation and excitement that Adam, Craig, Rose and Will have agreed to participate in the Knight Frank Cycle to MIPIM event this year – a 1,500 kilometre ride from London over 6 days, arriving at the MIPIM property conference in Cannes on 10 March 2020.

We aim to raise a significant amount of money for Coram, the UK's
first-ever children's charity, who have been transforming children's lives for nearly 275 years, to give them a better chance and a brighter, happier future.  Last year Coram worked with 44,000 children, parents and carers. A further 800,000 children received support through thousands of primary schools nationwide.

Furthermore, we want to do something as a team to raise money for LandAid the property industry charity who are leading experts working to end youth homelessness in the UK. The relationship between Knight Frank and this charity is still in its infancy, but the charity has been selected as the Knight Frank Commercial charity in 2020 and our CEO is also now working on their board to bring a property skillset to address this issue.

We are aware that these types of requests come thick and fast but
