Hello, my name is Kathryn and I’m Clinical Trials Pharmacist at University Hospital of Wales. A large number of the clinical trials I’m involved take place in the haematology unit and treat patients with blood cancer.

I started running in 2017 to help my recovery from depression. I am now celebrating my recovery by running Cardiff Half Marathon for #TeamHeam to raise money that will be used to improve the facilities for patients and healthcare professionals in the Haematology Unit.
