Dear friends and family,

Thank you all so much for your generous sponsorship and a very big thank you to my supporters today.  Ran it in 5 hours 5 mins so a PB by 20 minutes so very pleased considering I had to go from zero fitness.  Had a brilliant day even though the last two miles were very painful!
