The 2017 FFK Walk to Work
Starting in Clapham, the walk will take in the sights of London, including stops in Greenwich, Regent’s and Victoria Parks before looping back to Clapham and then the final stretch into the City.
The event supports 5 fantastic charities which really make a difference to children's lives.
Please give generously! :)
Hope HIV - many communities in Africa are bearing the weight of poverty and AIDS, and as a result children are growing up without parents to raise and protect them. Hope HIV aims to give these young people the support and opportunity needed to help them change the future of Africa for the better.
Demelza - a hospice which offers support and a non-judgemental service of excellence to young people with life threatening conditions, and to their families.
Variety - supports children in the UK who are coping with sickness,
disability and disadvantage by providing practical, noticeable help that makes an immediate difference to both the children and their families.
YouCan - offers support for young people in South East England and London, whose lives have been impacted by cancer, including workshops and short breaks to build self-esteem.
Kids in Kathmandu Nepal - this charity's goal is to support orphaned children by providing them with the necessities for daily living and advance their learning and development by offering them the facilities, activities and educational opportunities.
