Story
Hi- my name is Kirsty Sawyer and I have always gotten involved in charity events where I can, and think it's about time I do something again.
Alopecia UK are doing wonderful work with people that have lost their hair. I have a very close friend that suffers from Trichotillomania, and she knows how anxious and self conscious losing hair can make you feel. As a sufferer of Alopecia in the past, I understand how it can make people think less of themselves and I want to be an inspiration and support others. Personally, I lost my eyebrows, eyelashes and some clumps of my hair, I wasn't bald, but some people do get cases that are that extreme.
I will be posting a video of my hair being shaved :)

They are a volunteer run charity, and it would mean a lot to make a contribution.
