It's March, weve made it through the winter, and its a great time to get out there! Here at Gingey HQ, we want to get out there and feel good this Spring, and we'd love you to join us on our 10,000 steps a day challenge! If you want to keep fit, get out with the kids, walk the dog, chat with friends or just take some time for yourself, walking is free and lucky us, we live in the best region in the world!! 10,000 steps can be done on the school run, in the supermarket, trip to the park its crazy how it all adds up! We'd love it if you can join us in whatever way possible, as long as you can get out there stepping! Our challenge page is here and you can make your own fundraiser there too!
